This site was built initially using a backend database for tool library members (using CIVICRM) and some not quite there yet library script (which was later ditched). There is an online searchable catalog for available tools, a place to upload projects built with tools loaned from the tool library, a calendar, a blog and a bunch of forms to sign up new members and collect donations through CIVICRM. http://westphillytools.org
