Web Design
A basic design and web site with 5 pages could run you around $500.

Drupal design
For a basic web site using drupal, an excellent CMS think $500 plus $30 per module plus extras...

CMS installations
Will install a number of Content Management Systems for $250 flat. $30 for each plug in or module. This includes the most basic installation. You take it from there.

Defenestration
Includes backing up all data, removing Microsoft Windows and installing Ubuntu Linux (or other Linux OS). This is a very limited service and will not necessarily work on all computers.

Updates and Maintenance at $40 per hour (charged in quarter hour increments).
