2006 Dutchman Colorado 5th Wheel (Downingtown, PA) $19995
One Owner 2006 Dutchman Colorado 32QB-M5-BS 5th Wheel with 3 slide outs (bunk room, living room, master bedroom) that sleeps 6-8 currently parked in a beautiful open space at Brandywine Creek Campground in Downingtown, PA (caming fees are not included and would need to be worked out directly with the campground if you choose to keep the camper there).
Our family of 4 has enjoyed many weekend camping experiences in this beautiful fifth wheel which will be missed by all of us. One of our favorite features is the spacious bunk room with fold down couch where 3-4 children can sleep comfortably and still have plenty of room to play board games, watch a movie, or just hang out with the privacy of the double sliding doors that separate them from the rest of the camper. The desk with drawers and hanging storage closets are also a great feature to help stay organized. The living room slide along with the extra high ceiling with ceiling fan really opens up the main living and kitchen areas and the upgraded free standing dinette makes indoor dining a pleasure. The master suite with full size queen mattress has plenty of room to move. There is also plenty of storage and it has it's own private vanity and sink. There is a pocket door that separates the master bedroom from the living area and there is also a privacy screen that can close off the bed area from the bathroom and neo-angle shower for added privacy. The central heating and air conditioning systems with automatic remote and temperature sensor allows more time to relax and less time trying to balance the air. It also has a dry air feature which keeps moisture out and cool air in without using the a/c.

Part-time PHP Programmer needed (Center City, Philadelphia)
Part-Time PHP Programmer
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working with web related code, concepts and project planning. Many of our larger sites use the Joomla/Drupal framework, so knowledge of Joomla/Drupal is a big plus however not required. Additional programming experience (primarily .NET) is helpful, but not necessary. We are seeking a PHP programmer with a track record of completing projects on time and working with a full development/design team. Since the web is our medium, significant experience working with XHTML, HTML, Javascript and CSS is a must. In addition, you will be collaborating with our lead developers and sales team to build requirements documents, estimates and specifications for client projects.
Currently, we are searching for a developer who possess the following attributes:
- A passion for coding with proper commenting and open source (LAMP) technologies
- Creative, logical and analytical thought processes
- Detail oriented (well commented code)
- Excellent follow through (i.e. thorough testing of code)
- Take initiative and work independently, but draw upon the strengths of team members
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Keep abreast of current technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills with little supervision
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Client relations skills
- The ability to finish a project 100% to customer satisfaction
Desired technical skills:
- PHP and MySQL experience required (PHP 5 and MySQL 5)
- HTML and CSS experience required
- Knowledge of AJAX, Javascript, required
- Working knowledge and experience with Joomla/Drupal strongly preferred (interest and ability to learn Joomla/Drupal API and participate in the Drupal community required)
- Unix/Linux, Apache, server administration knowledge a plus
- Linux / Apache basic understanding with operating from the command line, at a minimum.
- Experience creating client documentation (requirements, scope of work, etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
- PHP/MySQL coding for custom applications
- Development of custom components/modules for Joomla/Drupal CMS
- Website architecture planning
- Work with Project Manager/Sales team to create Scope of Work, requirements analysis, etc. for client projects by providing technical details and estimates.
- Code review and testing
- Installation and configuration of Joomla/Drupal-powered websites
- Modify existing components/modules for additional functionality
- Work closely with clients throughout development process
- Work closely with the rest of our development team
